Allow Unabbreviated RPG Freeform Data Type Keywords

Please change the SQL precompiler, RPG compiler, and Rational Developer for i to also recognize and allow the unabbreviated forms of the RPG freeform data type keywords.


Use Case:

For example, ucs2 is fine as it is. But, allow:

integer for int
indicator for ind
graphic for graph
unsigned for uns

    The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM not implement this request. While IBM could provide this support, the CAAC recommended that IBM not implement this RFE because IBM's investment would be better on other requests. These keywords that IBM i uses today are fairly standard in other languages.

    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
