Do not sort parameter and key list components

Can we exclude parameter and key list components from being sorted in the outline view. I want my key list fields in the order that they appear in the source code. The scenario: I find my key in the outline and then I identify the field in the key. Now I need to find where that field is used. Now I need to sort the variables it the outline in alpha order so I can find the field in the outline. Now I navigate around the source code based on the variable references. Now I return to the key list. Now I have to unsort outline to see the key list again because now it is in alpha order. Now I identify the next field in the key. Now I have to sort the outline again to find the variable & etc.

Use Case:

How I would use this function:
1. Go to my key list or parameter list and find my component fields in the order as listed in the source code.
2. go to my variables in the outline that are already in alphabetical order so I can find the field from the key list.
3. Navigate through the source code for a while.
4. return to my key lists and parameters lists confident that the component fields are still in the correct sequence and not alphabetical.

Not only should subfields of prototype parameters and key lists be sorted in arrival sequence, but also data structures, record formats, and file keys.
