ACS - Add system name to title for result windows

Run SQL Scripts provide the option to display results in a separate window. The title for the result window is the SQL string run.

The script window title contains the system connected to. However, there is no system name in the result windows.

Use Case:

It is impossible in the result window to identify the system that delivered the result. This is a problem especially when you run the same SQL on several systems.

If the result window title contains the system name, it will be easier to distinguish the results.
