keep ACS splash screen up until emulator window appears.

Keep a splash screen open while loading ACS. Do not remove the splash screen until the emulation session if fully active. The windows client has this.


Use Case:

users tend to click on the icon repeatedly if application does not load in 1 or 2 seconds. however, if a splash screen is displayed, user knows that the application is loading.

    The following support is now available in version 1.1.7.3 dated February 2018:

    When starting an emulator session from a shortcut or the command line, an additional panel will now be shown prior to the emulation session being displayed.
