ACS plugins need to stop grabbing the ALT key when user ALT-TABs to an ACS plugin

Stop grabbing the ALT key activity when user presses ALT-TAB and then activating the menus.

Use Case:

On Windows platforms user press ALT-TAB, one to many times, to cycle through a list of open programs. The users then releases the ALT-TAB keys when a ACS plugin app is highlighted. The ACS plugin then grabs the ALT key and activates the menu hot keys but its not noticeable and the user continues to key thinking they are not using the plugin menu.

I installed version 1.1.7.2 yesterday and haven't had a sticky ALT key since.
