Request for improvement : IBM i GO POWER menu

Customer who doesn't access IBM i Console would like to do IPL their systems safely. It's useful to use 'GO POWER' menu but 'GO POWER' is executing a PWRDWNSYS *IMMED only.
On the other hand, IBM i support centre recommend to end all the TCP functions on a ordered sequence before PWRDWNSYS.
As many IBM i users use 'GO POWER' menu, the code (QSYS/QEZPWROFFP) should be changed.

Use Case:

QSYS/QEZPWROFFP should include end all the TCP functions (and end subsystems, if needed).
---------------------------------------
ENDTCPSVR *ALL
ENDHOSTSVR SERVER(*ALL)
ENDTCP
ENDSBS *ALL
PWRDWNSYS *IMMED
---------------------------------------

After further review and testing, it was found that the suggested changes require additional authorities to run. QEZPWROFFP runs under QSYSOPR. The suggested changes can cause the power down to hang, if QSYSOPR does not have the needed authorities.

This change is still being considered for the next release.

This request appears to be beneficial to all users and low cost to provide. Some customers may have made other customizations to the QEZPWROFFP exit program and will still need to propagate those changes forward. But I can't see a downside to adding the suggested sequence of commands to the shipped CL program. The change would need to be made on a release boundary so as not to overlay any user's customized program. The next development release currently would be the release after 7.4.
