Add &SYSTEM as option in Query Manager Report

Query Manager Report Forms currently has three variables that can be used in Page Heading section:
&DATE, &TIME, &PAGE. &SYSTEM would be very helpful addition.

Use Case:

We make wide use *QMFORM objects for presenting SQL reports in CL programs. We have about 1400 *QMFORM objects in use. We run these reports on multiple LPARs and would like to have easy way of putting system name in report title.

    Hi,
We stopped enhancing Query Manager years ago. Instead, we have a partnership with IBI that brought Db2 Web Query to IBM i. This strategic partnership continues to yield a regular cadence of enhancements. Please consider using Db2 Web Query as an alternative to Query Manager. You can find more information in the following resources:

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

For more information about CAAC, see www.common.org/caac

For more details about CAAC's role with RFEs, see http://www.ibmsystemsmag.com/Blogs/i-Can/May-2017/COMMON-Americas-Advisory-Council-%28CAAC%29-and-RFEs/

Attachment (Use case): Example of *QMFORM used to present results of an SQL statement. Ideally this report would have &SYSTEM name in page heading so users would know name of system which produced each report.
