Ability to determine DB Catalog journalling

Add the ability to determine the journal to be used for Catalogs when created via SQL.


Use Case:

When a new Catalog is created the OS determines the journal and journal attributes the current and new objects are journaled to (QSQJRN in same library). There are times when having the journal in the same library as the data objects creates a lot of issues especially when replication software is used.

    We reviewed this RFE and wondered if you were aware of the QDFTJRN data area, and whether that support is sufficient to satisfy your request for enhancement?
