ACS refresh query from results window

Add a button and/or menu item w/ hotkey to the SQL results window to rerun the query and refresh the results in the existing results window instead of spawning a new window.


Use Case:

When "Display Results in Separate Window" is selected, running any query in the Run SQL Scripts window will spawn a new results window. This behavior is desirable when I want to compare the old results to the new results, but sometimes I just want to refresh the existing output. Adding a button to do that from an existing results window would be more efficient than having to close the window, find the original query, and rerun it, and then resize/reposition that output window to where I want it on the screen.
