New SQLSetStmtAttr option for Completion/Diag Messages

During Debug mode, on IBM i, the SQL CLI APIs, such as SQLExecute generate diagnostic and completion messages indicating things such as "xx rows selected" or "xx rows inserted", or "Table XXX Dropped". This information does not currently get generated when the user job is not in debug mode.
Would like an option on the SQLSetStmtAttr API to force these messages to be generated regardless of the mode in which the job is being run.

Use Case:

Our product, SQL iQuery makes extensive use of the SQL CLI APIs, and as such, provides feedback to our customers on IBM i when SQL statements are run. Currently we need to re-invent the wheel to generate completion messages when a statement is run via SQL CLI. By providing an option in SQLSetStmtAttr, we can enable messaging for users who prefer to see these messages in their job logs. Currently we do generate some information, however when the user runs in Debug Mode, they now see 2 versions of the messages, ours and the IBM-generated one. We would like to provide the ability to view ONLY the IBM generated message.

IBM will use this request as input to planning but no commitment is made or implied. This request will be updated in the future if IBM implements it.

IBM has received the requirement and is evaluating it. IBM will provide a response after evaluation is complete.
