ACS Schema Browser - Support viewing journal entries and managing journals on files

Bring back Journal viewing and editing functionality previously found in IBM i Navigator to the ACS Schemas Browser that was ported from IBM i Navigator to ACS.

Additionally, add the ability to script the human readable data to excel or CSV, or as a insert/update statement in ACS script editor so you could easily replay, or slightly modify data actions that occurred in the journal.


Use Case:

Easier management and viewing of journal data.

Only in navigator can you properly view data in journal entries, but Navigator is deprecated. Attempting to view journal data for DDL tables with unicode, identity columns, etc is impossible (binary gibberish in 5250 session), but in Navigator it reads as plain text.

Easier data recovery management and investigation.
