With the recent agreement between IBM and HCL, we will definitely not be able to deliver this by mid 2019, so decline it.

We will need to get the ICS(a.k.a Lotus) Offering management team's agreement to enable this for IBM i.
CAAC member quote: "As a Domino on-prem client, I need Verse on-prem as I will not move to the cloud."
The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed.
