RUNSQLSTM MARGIN(100) fails if input record is less than 100.

RUNSQLSTM fails if SRCDTA column width is less than RUNSQLSTM MARGIN(100).


Use Case:

We wanted to use full statement length of QDDLSRC.

1) Copied RUNSQLSTM command to another library and changed command default to MARGIN(228).

2) CRTSRCPF QDDLSRC RCDLEN(240)
3) Created member using the longer length.
4) This test worked fine.

5) But third party software RUNSQLSTM failed because of failed SQL string when SRCPF had length less than 240. Garbage "?" showed up.

    This enhancement was delivered in spring 2021 with IBM i 7.4 PTF Group level 13 and IBM i 7.3 PTF Group level 24.

    The RUNSQLSTM command has been changed to correctly handle input when the record length is shorter than the MARGIN value.
