BRMS Console Monitor

To Have the BRMS Console Monitor autostart in QCTL whenever we IPL. This would eliminate the need to log into console to start Console Monitor after an IPL.


Use Case:

It would be an autostart job in the controlling subsystem QCTL. Currently the only way to start console monitor is to log into the console and start the program interactively.

    Since V5R4, backups can be submitted in restricted batch mode which eliminates the need for the BRMS console

    IBM has received the requirement and is evaluating it. IBM will provide a response after evaluation is complete.
