RNF8042 -- Not enough source records for compile time array should have at least severity 10 instead of 00

If you are compiling a program and have a compile time array where there are not enough source records provided to load array or table you get the message id RNF8042:

RNF8042 Not enough source records provided to load array or table.

The problem is that it only has severity 00 = Information.
Because this could cause runtime errors I would like it to have at least severity 10 = Warning.


Use Case:

If a programmer see a warning their attention to the problem are higher. They can then check what the cause is.
Messages with "Information" level are more likely to be overlooked or ignored.

    BM believes that the request described has been solved and is available with release 7.5 of the RPG compiler product 5770WDS.

    IBM agrees with the request. IBM intends to change the severity of RNF8042 in the next full release. However, IBM's plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.

    IBM has received the requirement and is evaluating it. IBM will provide a response after evaluation is complete.
