Make background IBM i search not interfere with opening member, running commands, debugging

Running of IBM i searches can now be done in background which does not block the UI and we can now edit an already opend member.

However, the search uses the same communication channel as is used to run commands, open members, expand items in RSE, set Service Entry Points, etc.

When search involves files with a large number of members, each of these operations is blocked until all members of the file are processed which can take many minutes and make the UI not responsive. Some of these operations have a modal dialog and the whole UI is frozen until the search is done.

The IBM i search should use a different job to communicate with the server and be fully in backgroud.

Use Case:

Developer needs to check usage of something and searches in all members of all source files of a large application.
While it's running, he need to make a change in a program. Opening , compiling and debuging the program should not be delayed for some minutes.
