Remove pink error messages as well as error list entries after compilation

Please remove the pink error messages from the LPEX editor as well as the error list entries after a successful compilation of the source member.

It is annoying (at least for me) to press CTRL+F5 to remove the pink error messages from the LPEX editor each time I fixed compile errors and eventually got a clean compile. At the same time that you remove the error messages, please also clear the "IBMi Error List" of the source member. In fact both things could be done at the time the compile starts.

Use Case:

Daily use.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
Product - Developer for Power Systems

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
Product - Developer for Power Systems

This feature is now available in the IBM Rational Developer for i V9.0 product with V9.0.1 fixpack installed.

    Product web page: http://www.ibm.com/software/products/us/en/dev-ibm-i
    Fix List: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27038481
    Download doc: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24036660

With the 9.0.1 update, the behavior has been changed that when clicking on errors in the Error List view to insert the messages into the editor, old error messages coming from the editor Syntax Checker will also be removed in addition to old messages coming from the Compile. Previously, only messages from the compiler were removed.

Please open a new RFE for further enhancement, if this does not sufficiently address your request.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest this enhancement to our product.

Just a suggestion, instead of displaying the errors on the editor ( inserted between the lines of code), do it like the Java Editor, showing a "!" on left of the line number. The tooltip will show the detail of the error. This will be a nice change

This RFE is consistent with our strategy and product roadmap and IBM is continuing to evaluate.
