RELATED IDEAS

Named indicator should appear in the Fields section of the Outline view

Currently named variables of type N are shown under the indicator category in the Outline view.
Consensus in the WDSC-I Midrange list is that developers consider this type of variables should be under the Fields category like other variables.

There is less consensus whether named indicators should also appear in the Indicators category or if it should be reserved for predefined indicators. I can live with either option, and suggest the shortest to implement giving you time to do other RFEs...

    I would like to see a preferences option for having named indicators under fields or indicators or both.
