Auto Update DCM root and int CA via PTF

As new root and intermediate CAs become available, have a PTF created that auto updates DCM with these new CAs.

Use Case:

We had a 3rd party application update their SSL wildcard cert this past Saturday.
Our application failed with below errors.

SSL_Handshake() error [IBM -23]: Certificate is not signed by a trusted certificate authority.
Error 51: SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK
Closing connection #0
SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK

Their new cert required us to have the below root and intermediate CA added to our system store.

DigiCertGlobalRootCA.crt
DigiCertSHA2SecureServerCA.crt

We will not update the CAs via PTF however we will continue to update on a release boundary.

Starting with IBM i 7.3, no Internet CA certificates are automatically imported into certificate stores. Instead, the system administrator must use DCM (Digital Certificate Manager) to import the needed certificates into their certificate store.

This is possible by opening the *SYSTEM certificate store, and then from the left side pane clicking "Manage Certificate Store -> Populate with CA Certificates". From that window, you can choose the CA certificates you want imported from the list provided which includes DigiCert, Entrust, GeoTrust, Go Daddy, Symantec, Thawte, and Verisign. This list was generated at the release of IBM i 7.3 with certificates that use SHA-2 hashing and either RSA-2048 or ECDSA-256 or higher key sizes.

Since a large change has recently occurred with CA certificate providers, DigiCert has released new CA certificates and has been reissuing server certificates signed by their new intermediate CAs.

It has therefore been determined that the list of CAs available in DCM needs to be updated with the plethora of DigiCert Root CAs and Intermediate CAs that have been recently created. An enhancement will be provided which includes these new CA certificates and will be available for import using the "Manage Certificate Store -> Populate with CA certificates" DCM utility.
