Please enhance Web Service Client for DCM applid

We need to have the Web Services Client enhanced to allow use of a DCM application id. We have hit an issue where the user profile must have read/execute access to the default KDB. Our clients will not allow this and don't want to maintain a separate KDB. The PMR has all the details.

Use Case:

Please refer to PMR for all the details on process and the testing results.
