Display additional parameter information in RPGLE content assist

RPG content assist shows only data type and length of parameters in a prototype. Prototypes in RPG allow parameters to have names, mainly for documentation. These parameter names, if available, along with keywords like OPTIONS(*NOPASS:*OMIT:*VARSIZE) or CONST should be shown in content assist.

Use Case:

Having a procedure/prototype with dozens of parameters, it is almost impossible to remember the purpose of each one of them, which one to pass by reference or which one could be omitted. To get more profound information about parameters I need to look for the PR/PI definition, which is a major disruption of the work flow.
It would be a big help if the name and keywords of parameters are displayed in content assist.

The request for parameter names is very similar to RFE11062 (https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=11062), which is now available in the IBM Rational Developer for i V9.5 product with V9.5.0.2 fixpack installed.
This RFE remains open for the keywords part to be considered for a future release.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
Product - Developer for Power Systems

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
Product - Developer for Power Systems
