Add SSH Tunneling to iACS

Today there's an option to open an SSH Window from iACS, even using certificates, but no SSH tunneling.
It would be great to connect to the system using an SSH tunnel, like most commercial products.

Use Case:

It we are on the road we can connect to an SSH gateway and securily tunnel to our IBM i with File Transfer/5250 Session, etc.
We can also use this feature to secure connections to the IBM i, even with no SSL+Telnet, with ease.

I do have a nice shell script to do what you recommend, even using autossh, but it's not the same as a native solution on products like TINY TERM PLUS

After evaluating the RFE, we have decided to decline it at this time. However, there is a way to enable SSH tunneling today. Here is a link you may find helpful. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1015113
For additional questions, our Service team may be able to provide assistance.

IBM has received this requirement and is evaluating it. A response will be provided when evaluation is complete.

Maybe provide the ability to use a SOCKS5 proxy?
