Our development team verified the issue only occurs with the Open JDK running on Windows. The issue does not occur when using the Open JDK on Mac. It also does not occur when running the Oracle JDK. This issue has to do with how the font metrics are being reported back to ACS when trying print. There is no additional support needed for ACS, the issue is a defect in the Open JDK when running on Windows. The following issue was opened against the Open JDK:
https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/openjdk-build/issues/443
I have already contacted your support team, PMR (26501,659,760). But they said ACS is not fault, there are problem of deference between Oracle Java and others.
Is that true?
Thanks a lot.
If you have already contacted our Service team about this, please provide the PMR number here. If you have not already contacted our Service team, then please work with them. They will help gather the information needed to help us determine whether or not this is a defect or a Request for Enhancements.
