Some GUI enhancements for the Schema Browser in ACS

Some GUI enhancements for the Schema Browser.

1. If you open a table list, only some tables are shown. If you scroll down, the list will be extended and more tables become visible. The list could be directly extended in a background thread.

2. If you enter some letters in the tablelist, the list should scroll to the appropriate table.

3. Right click in the left tree did not select the underlaying component. The old selection is still active.

4. Doubleclick on a table opens the definition of the table. The same should happen also with the columns etc. in the table editor.

5. If you add a column to a existing table, you cannot move this column up and down. This should be possible and the "before column" clause should be added to the "alter table" statement.
