wrkjobscde table

Hi IBMer,

In order for us to process the wrkjobscde table, we have to output to a spool file, then feed it in into a program, etc which is rather awkward.

Would you be kind to please provide a facility for us to query the table entries of workjobscde to simplify matter? I understand that there is an QWCLSCDE api but requires programming resource.

What we are looking for is something similar to qsys2/joblog_info where we can query the contents easily without having to write programs, etc.

Regards

IBM provides this as an example... https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/ssw_ibm_i_72/apiref/apiexchnent.htm

It contains 90% of the coding logic that you're looking for... and a developer resource should not be an issue in my opinion.
