qsys2.parse_statement function should return referential constraint information on create table statements

qsys2.parse_statement function should return referential constraint information on create table statements.

Table name would probably be sufficient, but some might like column names also.

There are many different ways to specify a foreign key constraints specified in a CREATE TABLE statement. Creating code to identify every possible way is quite complex (and prone to breaking, when new functionality is added).

It would also be nice of the function could handle ALTER TABLE statements to determine net change's to a table.

Use Case:

Tools that perform impact analysis can correctly identify tables referenced in a CREATE TABLE statement.

QSYS2.PARSE_STATEMENT table function was enhanced in spring 2019 to return information about referential integrity constraints and for DROP statements. This was delivered in IBM i 7.4 base and IBM i 7.3 PTF Group level 15
