We verified your customer number, and since you have an active SWMA with IBM, you should be able to open a PMR using this web site:

When you have done that, please provide the PMR here.

In order to work with our Service team, you need a service contract with IBM. Your service contract would have the necessary information needed for opening a PMR with our Service team. When you have the PMR, provide the number here.

That will provide various links to help you open a PMR and work with our Service team. If the Service team determines it is not a defect and would be be best handled through the RFE process, then provide the PMR here for reference.
