ACS Printing Problem

【質問】
AS400のエミュレータ:ACS Ver1.1.8.0とVer1.1.8.1を使用し印刷テストを行っています。CA Ver6.1(Windows7使用)では問題なく印刷されます。解決策をご教示下さい。
1.PDTを使用した場合、プリンターに外字は印刷されません。外字は、空白として印刷されます。ただし、LPIの機能は正常に印刷されます。
2.Java印刷サービスを使用した場合、外字は印刷されます。ただし、LPIの機能は働きません。LPIの機能は無効になります。

【テスト環境】
テスト機:IBM AS400 Power7

     Memory: 8.5GB
     Disk size: 5.9TB
     AS400のエミュレータ:ACS Ver1.1.8.0/1.1.8.1

    According to the referenced PMR, the issue has been resolved using existing support. Declining this RFE since there is no need for additional support.

    We verified your customer number, and since you have an active SWMA with IBM, you should be able to open a PMR using this web site:
    https://www-946.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/Home.action

    When you have done that, please provide the PMR here.

    In order to work with our Service team, you need a service contract with IBM. Your service contract would have the necessary information needed for opening a PMR with our Service team. When you have the PMR, provide the number here.

    That will provide various links to help you open a PMR and work with our Service team. If the Service team determines it is not a defect and would be be best handled through the RFE process, then provide the PMR here for reference.

    If you have already contacted our Service team about this, please provide the PMR number here. If you have not already contacted our Service team, then please work with them. They will help gather the information needed to help us determine whether or not this is a defect or a Request for Enhancement.
