Users can already today obtain and install Wordpress quickly and easily.
I think it might help your case if you identified just why you need IBM to do this. I, among many others, have been using WP on IBM i for several years. I don't recall it being a particularly arduous process to install so identifying the business benefit of an even simpler install would help your case.
