port tmux

Port the tmux screen multiplexer to PASE.

Use Case:

I am starting to have more scenarios where I need to have long-running PASE shell sessions (i.e. compiling Node.js). Being able to disconnect and reconnect to an existing PASE shell would be advantageous.
