Provide support for 27x132 5250 system console on HMC managed partitions

Provide support for 27x132 5250 system console on HMC managed partitions.

Use Case:

End users are unable to sign on to our system console because their default application requires that the 5250 device support a 27x132 display. We are forced to use "special" user profiles when it's necesssary to interact with the console.

The 27x132 attribute is not tied to a user profile, it is part of the configuration of the display and saved in a file with a .hod extension. So a different user profile should not be required when switching between 27x132 and 24x80. We have looked into providing 27x132 support for an HMC display several times and we are not able to provide that support at this time.
