IBM i Access - Client Solutions/ Run SQL - display arabic characters by jt400 driver configuration

the Run SQL feature of IBM i Access Client Solutions is currently unable to display Arabic characters that are stored in the IBM i database, even if the CCSID of the user. job and the database file are all set to CCSID 420.

Use Case:

Our business users reports that some of our database records are duplicate records, because IBM ACS currently automatically converts arabic characters to their nominal numeric form using BIDI type 5. This BIDI type is not configurable in IBM ACS even if JT400 driver has the custom property available to set this to BIDI TYPE =4.

When i use SQL Workbench/J windows client with jt400 driver, i am able to display arabic characters after configuring this jt400 property to bidi type =4. This windows client has the capability to allow the configuration of custom properties for the jt400 driver. ACS does not have this feature yet, this is why i am raising this RFE.
