hope to use "WITH RESTRICT ON DROP" for tables

DB2 UDB have below function, it can add a flag on table, forbidden user drop the table:
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSAUZ9_11.2.0/topics/adbu_build-sql_restrict-drop.html
If a table has the Restrict on Drop attribute, users are restricted from dropping the object until the attribute is removed.

Customer hope IBM i can add this function, to let user even with *ALLOBJ for this table still can't drop this table until remove the flag.

IBM believes that the request described has been solved and is available with IBM i 7.5.

SQL tables and database files can now be protected from accidental deletion through the use of the RESTRICT ON DROP attribute.

For a description of this change, see https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6575527

IBM will use this request as input to planning but no commitment is made or implied. This request will be updated in the future if IBM implements it.
