Compare File add Default Source Library

When I do a Compare File for a source in my personal code library, I almost always compare to the same production code library. If I am in QRPGLESRC, I almost always am comparing to QRPGLESRC, and if I am in member xyz, I almost always compare to that member. It requires numerous clicks to navigate to the source member I want to compare to. It would be so much better if a default library could be configured, and that the source physical file and source member would be based on the current source physical file and member.


Use Case:

This would make it quicker to check code before installing. I use it all the time.

    It would be nice to have a dialogue similar to "Open an IBM i member in editor" for the compare dialogue vs the tree view.
