Socket exit cannot handle high volume of network tranascations

Socket Exit QIBM_QSO_ACCEPT incoming packets act like it is serialize.

On a larger system with many network connection, this exit point is not usable, Performance degrade with High volume of transactions


Use Case:

Installing Exit Program on Exit Point IBM_QSO_ACCEPT cause network connection to slow down when transaction Volume increase

    IBM agrees with the request and a solution appears to be desirable and feasible. IBM intends to provide a solution. However, IBM's plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.
