Gracefully Shutdown of Prestarted Jobs

When there is Program monitored error within an prestarted Job we Need a way to end the Job gracefully.

Therefore we want to be able to send a Program defined Response while inhibiting other requests from entering the prestarted Job.
Which means that this Job should not be reused again.

This is the case when
1. Files exist in the QTEMP Environment and can not be deleted.
2. The Library List can not be recovered.
3. There is a mess with Activation Groups.


Use Case:

In context of Webservices.

1. If we change the Version of our Webservices we want to be able to roll out a new Version without interrupting on going requests.

2. In case of critical Errors we must be able to prevent the reuse of a Job in order to give meaningfull error Messages and set custom HTTP Headers.

E.g. RETRY-AFTER 1

    IBM agrees with the request and a solution appears to be desirable and feasible. IBM intends to provide a solution. However, IBM's plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.
