Add ability to control port numbers used by geographic mirroring

When defining a device cluster resource group, data port IP addresses are assigned to nodes, but ports are not. Instead, a random port number between 1024 and 65535 is assigned when geographic mirroring is started. This traffic should be locked down to a specific port or range of ports to facilitate implementing Quality of Service and security.
I do not have a PMR number, but the associated IBM Support case number is TS002743976.

Use Case:

Provide a method to assign a specific port for each node IP address in the cluster resource group or restrict the port number assigned to the geographic mirroring job to a smaller range.

I would rate this higher than 'nice to have'. We have seen PowerHA GeoMirror clobbered by devices like Cisco's FirePower when GeoMirror happened to 'pick' ports that FirePower (incorrectly) decided were assigned to some other general use. Wish I still had the PMRs for that day. Cost the business $2K plus to change my flights, add hotel nights etc to get this going. Being able to define the ports not only allows for QOS but also to put them in firewall rules. MOSRE and MORE customers are locking down all ports unless defined. WIthout the ability to define them we don't know what to tell them to allow!
