Allow Navigator for i to use SSL/TLS Host Server ports

Closing/Restricting the Host Server ports to be SSL/TLS only breaks the Navigator for i login page. I was able to point the sign-on server port(8476) to service "as-signon-s" to force it over, but I would like a supported method of doing this to be implemented.

It appears that Navigator for i is only supported to use the unsecured Host Access servers, please include a secured option for running this service.

There is additional detail in the case I list on this RFE and I would be happy to explain further if needed.

Use Case:

Securing the IBM Host Access Servers is an important part of securing the system, we cannot set the Signon Access to server to secure only without breaking the Navigator for i login ability.

This requirement has been delivered as part of the new IBM Navigator for i GUI interface. Details on how to access and use this new interface can be found at: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6483299

The support has been delivered on IBM i 7.3 & 7.4 and can be obtained by loading and installing the Latest HTTP PTF Group

    IBM i 7.3 - Group PTF SF99722 level 32 or higher
    IBM i 7.4 - Group PTF SF99662 level 13 or higher

Closing/Restricting the Host Server ports to be SSL/TLS also breaks the service agent that becomes impossible to configure or use.
When trying CRTSRVCFG message "CPD0A35 Java exception not handled for user-defined category 5" was received.
An IBM support case was opened and it was confirmed that the port restrictions caused this.

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a high priority requirement that is important to be addressed. If you want to remove plain text for host servers, it will break Navigator -- this is an unacceptable scenario.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
