Two new options will be provided on CLDOWNLOAD.
/colheadings=<1/0> Include column headings as the first row. When specified, the column names will be the heading.
/usecollabels Use column labels for the heading.

This is planned for our April 2020 update.

IBM has received this requirement and is evaluating it. A response will be provided when evaluation is complete.

I run the transfert from my IBM I not from my Windows. I copied acsbundle.jar and AcsConfig.properties files in a directory on the IFS of my IBM I
and i run this 2 commands in IBM I shell
    export JAVA_HOME=/QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/JavaVM/jdk80/64bit ,
    java -jar /SFIOUTILS/IAC/acsbundle.jar /PLUGIN=cldownload /SYSTEM=LOCALHOST /hostfile=CHEMALI/DIRINFD /clientfile=/SFIOUTILS/DIRINFD.xlsx

the head of file DIRINFD.xlsx is field name and not field detail .
In addition the name of the file to tranfert is parameter in my IBM i command that containt the two shell commands and change every time .

There is already a way to accomplish what you need. Using the Data Transfer GUI, set up the request the way you would like. Save the request using File->Save. Using the saved request file, use the DTBATCH plugin to run your request from the command line. See section 9.1.29 DTBATCH in GettingStarted for more details. Does that meet the requirement?
