This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

The one character they list, they say it is 21884. Is that decimal or hex?
- '21884' is a code in "ISO/IEC 10646" for a Universal Coded Character.
- I believe it is just a code.
- You may check with IBM wet site about doc "Traditional Chinese Graphic Character Set CP00835.pdf) as in the attachments.
Also, I need a list of all the characters that are not working.
- Most of coded list in "ISO/IEC 10646" over '20000'
- Ref: http://unicode.org/L2/L2010/10038-fcd10646-main.pdf
- Or you may search from web "ISO/IEC 10646"
- Please also check the links in the use case
Are they converting them to an EBCDIC CCSID and that is not displaying on a 5250 emulator?
- I am not sure it convert or not in emulator
- What we do is
> In PC with Win 10 (Tranditional Chinese), using "ACS
> Input the character "㜜" [UTF-16, Hex 37 1C], it displays fine as "㜜"
> Input the character "𡢄" [UTF-16, Hex D8 46 DC84], just display a square
If its an emulator, which emulator are they using?
More about emulator "ACS" using

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a high priority requirement that is important to be addressed. UDT is a critical component to the finance industry and needs to be fully supported.
Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
