Include journal info in SYSTABLES

Please include the journal information (library, journal, images, omit entries, start date) into the SYSTABLES view.

Use Case:

This allows an SQL based access to determine if journaling is properly setup for the database. Currently this can only be done via DSPFD on 5250.

IBM believes that the request described has been solved and is available with the base 7.3 release.

The journal information is returned by the QSYS.OBJECT_STATISTICS table function.

This information are availible in the QSYS2.OBJECT_STATISTICS()

I think you need to be at version 7.3 and a recent TR.
