Improve RSTAUT output and log

When restoring authorities it is often the case some cannot be restored. Checking exactly what hasn't been restored, is very time consuming. The RSTAUT command has no option for output to spool or file. The command should present the option to output a detailed list and summary of what hasn't been restored.

Use Case:

When migrating/recovering systems, issue RSTAUT command with option output(*PRINT or *OUTF).
Inspect spool or pf for list of authority not restored.

IBM i Development has reviewed this RFE again. We feel it would be a beneficial enhancement to the product and it is therefore still being considered for implementation. We hope to be able to add it to our development plans soon.

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a high priority requirement that is important to be addressed. There are a large number of reasons why restoring authority can fail, and as security becomes more locked down, the need to restore authorities will become even more common. It is essential to create a log to identify the problem.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
