Optional function to not cause a BRM10A1 when doing a spool file backup and empty *OUTQ exist

When using an spool file list to save spool files from a list of specified *OUTQ and no spool files exist in an *OUTQ a diagnostic CPF3770 "No objects saved or restored for library *SPLF" message are sent. This is also the case when a incremental backup is run and no new spool file exist. This is Described here: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1014190

This will cause the control group backup to complete with BRM10A1 "Control group XXXXXXX type *BKU completed with errors"

A empty *OUTQ or that new spool files does not exist in an *OUTQ (in case a incremental backup is executed) is most likely a normal condition and a non-existing error.

Please, add an optional function to, either suppress the CPF3770 messages for spool files or even better, let BRMS handle the CPF3770 messages for *SPLF and re-send them as informational messages and not cause the BRM10A1 "Control group XXXXXXX type *BKU completed with errors"

Use Case:

BRM10A1 "Control group XXXXXXX type *BKU completed with errors" requires manual investigation of the errors to determine what have not been backed up. This can be time-consuming and feels very unnecessary for *SPLF.
