IBM i TRCTCPAPP documentation update

At IBM i 7.2, running the TRCTCPAPP command for some APP values and then running the subsequent command TRCTCPAPP APP(xxxxx) SET(*OFF) can result in
- MCH3401 Cannot resolve to object Qxxxxx*. Type and Subtype X'0A02' Authority X'0000'.
- CPFB670 Unable to write trace data or format trace data. Reason code 1

* Qxxxxx are user spaces in QUSRSYS. These user spaces do in fact exist on the systems this error occur on.

This situation can occur for the following APP values:
*CENTRAL
*DTAQ
*RMTCMD
*NETPRT
*SVRMAP
*QOS
*DATABASE

Use Case:

The above description occurs as from the creation date of this RFE, at IBM i 7.2 with the latest Group PTS, HIPERs etc applied.
TRCTCPAPP is useful for capturing trace data for the many TCP/IP applications, in our case for the tracing of the IBM i Access Servers.

This is available in IBM i 7.5.

A change to the TRCTCPAPP support for the host servers has been made so that when no data has been collected, then MSGCPFB670 (Unable to write trace data or format trace data. Reason code &1.) will be sent with a new reason code. The new reason code is 100 (No data collected.)

The cause of the MCH3401 is known in that no trace entries have been generated at the time the trace is ended. It causes not problems but is not handled well. The team needs to determine if a change for this can be contained with other items already in plan.

    Hi Holger,
Totally agree about being a PMR candidate, which is the first thing I did to report this. But alas, IBM Dev don't see it that way.

seems to be a bug so an PRM should be raised.
