IWS R7V4 SQL service add security to not allow SQL

R7V4 addition of SQL statements for IWS Application Services should be secured to prevent entry


Use Case:

The Manage Permissions should be enhanced to secure the entry of SQL statements. SQL should not show as an option if developer not allowed to configure SQL statements.

    I am not sure what this refers to. To deploy a service based on SQL, a user would have to have authority. Then if you do not want the API to be called by everyone, you can enable HTTP basic authorization.
