Enhance ACS ENPTUI GUI Window Board to be graphical

Enhance the so-called GUI Border for 5250 windows (both DDS and DSM) so that they are rendered using actual drawn borders, instead of textual characters that were embedded to support fixed-dimension displays; displays that no longer exist.


Use Case:

The 5250 ENPTUI GUI Border uses characters that give a DDS or DSM Window that drawn look. However, that only looks good when the ASC Session window (not be be confused with GUI Windows to which this request refers) uses a fixed-font in the expected size. Since _ALL_ 5250 ACS sessions are always changed to a custom-sized by the end-user, when GUI Window borders are used in DDS and DSM the end-user experience is more like viewing morris code than a nice, clean GUI border.

    Thank you for submitting your Request For Enhancement. After evaluating your submission, the decision was made to decline this request. The 5250 display session is a text application that would require significant changes to accomplish the request. Those changes are not something we would consider doing at this time.
