Get dates for NetServer API's

None of the existing NetServer API's return: 1. Creation date of a share 2. Date last changed of a share. 3. Date last used of a share

Use Case:

Automate cleanup of existing shares based on these dates (and others). But in general it would be good to be able to see when a share was created and last used.

I'd also like to know WHO created the share. For example, if someone creates a share on the root directory (/) that is an exposure to ransomware and we're going to have a serious discussion.

The development team will consider possible ways to allow retrieval of the noted timestamps (create, modify, and access).
