Prompting for credentials for every download/upload will occur if you have your Connection settings set to "Prompt for user name and password every time". The Connection settings are at: System Configurations --> select system then Edit --> select Connnections tab.
If you have some other setting selected and you are still getting prompted every time, contact our Service team and provide the ticket number here.
