Add 'Apply Immediate Only' option as a PTF Fix Action in Administrative Runtime Expert.

With the latest update to ARE we got an option to apply PTFs delayed "Delayed apply" and send the SAVF file over. Lets do one more step and give the option to only apply the PTF if it can be applied immediately.

I can certainly provide more information as to what Im looking for here.


Use Case:

This helps cutdown admin work of determining which PTFs can be applied immediately and only selecting those in the Fix PTF Problems module.

Should be similar to how you can select 'Apply Immediate only' on the Install options for Program temporary fix menu in GO PTF option 8.

We currently use the Fix PTF Action in ARE to patch 45+ partitions in our environment, its a great tool!
