CP Audit journal enhancement request

I have a directive to be notified when someone changes a user profile and:
- Adds *ALLOBJ authority
- Adds *SECADM authority
- Changes password from *NONE
- Changes 'limited capability' from *YES
To do this I am using the following:
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_74/rzarl/rzarlf12.htm
Home > IBM i 7.4 > Security > Security reference > Layout of audit journal entries > CP (User Profile Changes) journal entries

Addition of *ALLOBJ or *SECADM was easy to figure out based on the documentation.

I tried to determine if the password was changed from *NONE by checking two columns: was the password changed and is it now *NONE. However that won't work because

CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(DUMMY) PASSWORD(SMITH)
CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(DUMMY) PASSWORD(JONES)
CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(DUMMY) PASSWORD(*NONE)
CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(DUMMY) PASSWORD(INNAGODDADAVIDABABY)
CHGY
CHGY
CHGYY
CHGY
If you imaging that many moons have passed in between the last two entries it gets hard to tie back.

I've yet to come close in determining if the "limited capabilities" was changed from *YES.
CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(DUMMY) CURLIB(ROB) LMTCPB(*YES)
CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(DUMMY) CURLIB(ROUTINES) LMTCPB(*NO)
Display Physical File Member
File . . . . . . : QAUDITCP
Control . . . . . W736
....4....+....5
ROB *YES
ROUTINES *NO
Again, if many moons have passed between those last two entries it's hard to tell if "limited capabilities" was changed from *YES.

Use Case:

Audit security attributes of a user profile change.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your request. After careful consideration, we know that we cannot deliver your requested enhancement soon, so it is being declined. However, your request does align with the future strategy of our product and we believe it may have future value, so we will add it to an internal list for us to keep in mind for the future.

IBM will use this request as input to planning but no commitment is made or implied. This request will be updated in the future if IBM implements it. IBM will use votes and comments from others in the community to help prioritize this request.

IBM has received the requirement and is evaluating it. IBM will provide a response after evaluation is complete.

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a “nice to have” low priority feature. Work-arounds include use of audit journal receivers or use of third party solutions.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

What I would recommend to the user here is to capture the audit journal entries to a table, that way he can tie back more easily. I've done this a few times with other customers and it really isn't hard to do with some code.
