RDi 9.1 - Outline View Collapses

For the new RDi 9.1 that we just downloaded and installed ......

Outline View: when we have the Outline view opened up and accessing any of the information inside of it, when I click back in the program source text editor, the Outline view will 'collapse' back to the original layout (like 'Global Definitions', 'Main Procedure', etc.). The way it's working for me, I can't do text editing and have the full Outline View on display at the same time. I have to go back and forth between the Outline View detail, and the text editor, which can really slow editing down.

developer add or modifies a line of code.
previously expanded outline view collapes.
